Administrator
Mary O'Young
Mary has been employed at Country Meadows since 1992 and the Administrator since 2000. Both of her children were enrolled at CMMS from age three through sixth grade, so her relationship with the school began as a parent. Prior to working at the school her undergraduate and graduate work focused on elementary education and special education. Her work at a residential community for children with severe learning challenges as a teacher and then as an administrator, gave her a wide variety of experiences. After the passing of Country Meadows' founding administrator, Catherine Ozark in March 2000, Mary, working as the business manager, took the Montessori Training at the Primary Level (3-6) and became the school's Administrator in the 2000-2001 school year.

Business Manager
Yolanda McKinley
Yolanda started with CMMS in 2000 as our Human Resources Coordinator. Since then her position has grown into Business Manager.  Yolanda received her BA in Individual Studies with an emphasis on Human Resources and psychology graduating Cum Laude from Columbia College of Missouri. Most of her career has been spent in the realm of Human Resources with various companies such as Abbott Laboratories, Cole Taylor Bank, RR Donnelly and Arthur Anderson.

School Secretary
Nancy VanHoorebeke
Nancy started with CMMS in September 1992 after serving as Church Secretary for Trinity Lutheran in Waukegan for 13 years. Nancy attended Kendall College in Evanston and North Park College in Chicago with a major of Social Science.

Volunteer and Fundraising Coordinator
Leslie Terbeek
Leslie began her role in fall 2007 after two years as a parent at CMMS. She has a B.A. in English from DePaul University. Leslie has worked in private school development, fundraising, finance, human resources, and admissions.

Yearly
School Calendar with events of the entire year

Monthly
Monthly Calendar with class news. Each class receives a calendar with special class events, activities, and parent education opportunities.

Weekly
Weekly notices including any special information, fliers, billing, etc.

Parent & Teacher Conferences
Scheduled three times yearly or any time (as needed). Student outcomes recorded on progress report for documentation and provided at the end of school year. A meeting between parents and directress can be made at any time if there are concerns or questions between conferences.
